Launch & onboarding
Employees sign up in minutes, highlighting the specific skills they have and preferences around who and how they want to support. Mentor training and support resources provided.
Smart matching
Based on each employee’s profile, our platform matches them to relevant mentoring opportunities where they can use their skills. Mentoring can be done 1:1 or in small groups.
Verified outcomes
After every session, we collect feedback and data. You receive a real-time dashboard detailing total hours contributed, businesses supported, demographics data, satisfaction, and more. Reporting may be customised to meet Social Value frameworks or custom requirements.
