(i) EY refers to the global organization, and may refer to one or more, of the member firms of Ernst & Young Global Limited, each of which is a separate legal entity (“EY Member Firms”). 

(ii) EY’s role is confined to facilitating the introduction of [Mentors] and [Mentees] via [this Site] and as such EY assumes no responsibility for the [Mentors], the [Mentees] or for the content or accuracy of any statements, submissions, recommendations or opinions that maybe expressed by a [Mentor] or a [Mentee]. EY makes no representation, warranty or condition, either express or implied, in relation to any information received from a [Mentor] or a [Mentee].    

(iii) Each [Mentor’s] role is confined to high-level mentoring the relevant [Mentee] via [this Site] and as such the [Mentors] assume no responsibility for the [Mentees] or for the content or accuracy of any statements, submissions, recommendations or opinions that may be expressed by the[Mentors].  Neither [Mentor] nor [Mentee]will share sensitive or confidential information.  The Mentors’ information should not be regarded as comprehensive or sufficient for making decisions, nor should it be used in place of professional advice.   

(iv) You are responsible for the security of your[Account] and you therefore accept responsibility for all acts done using your[Account]. You may be held liable for losses incurred by an EY Member Firm or any other user of the [Site] caused by your misuse of the Account or misuse by someone else using your [Account].  You acknowledge that the Internet is not secure and messages to and from Mentors may be observed by a third party while in transit.  You understand that EY accepts no responsibility for security or information on or transmitted via the Internet.  

(v) You may only use the [Site] for lawful purposes.  You may not use it: (i) for purposes which would breach any applicable local, national or international law or regulation or in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has an unlawful or fraudulent effect; (ii) to upload, post, otherwise transmit or provide access through the [Site] to content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, under any applicable law and in any jurisdiction; or (iii) to knowingly transmit any data or send or upload any material that contains viruses or other harmful programs. 

(vi) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, EY AND THE MENTORS DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY TO YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE IN RESPECT OF EY CONTENT OR ANY OTHER CONTENT ON THIS SITE AND ALL SERVICES OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH IT,WHETHER UNDER ANY THEORY OF TORT, CONTRACT, WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY OR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER IN RESPECT OF DIRECT, INDIRECT,CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, EVEN IF EY OR THE MENTORS WERE ADVISED, KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
