How it Works

We’ve made it easy to get free business mentoring and support, tailored to your needs when and how it suits you. Here’s what to expect when you sign up:

Tell us what you need help with

Choose one of our 80+ topics to discuss in your first session. You can always request help on other topics later.

Based on what you choose, we’ll recommend potential mentors. Wherever possible, we match you to others with similar lived experience. Select one of more – or choose ‘quick match’ and we’ll select the best person for you.

Sign up & make a request

Tell us a little about yourself, including any accessibility requirements. You decide whether to share information about your disability or health condition with our mentors – you’re always in control of your data.

Describe what help you need then suggest a few dates and times you’re free and submit your request. It’s quick.

Connect with mentors

If the selected volunteers can help, a 60-minute virtual session will be automatically set up. Simply join the link at the time of the session to get the help you need.

If the mentors you chose are not available, we’ll find you someone else with the same skills – so you don’t have to wait for help.

Keep learning!

Request as many 1:1 sessions as you need – from as many different mentors as you like. Join our Masterclasses to learn with a small group. Head to our Resource Centre whenever you’re stuck for answers to some of the most commonly asked questions we get from small businesses.
