Event Terms & Conditions

1. Admission and Tickets

1.1. All our events are free, but a valid ticket is required to enter the event.

1.2. Event check-in closes promptly at 9:30 AM (unless specified otherwise in our event FAQs or emails) so that we can avoid disruption to live workshops. Attendees arriving after this time may be denied entry, regardless of ticket status.

2. Age Restrictions

2.1. Our events are restricted to attendees aged 18 and over.

2.2. If you wish to bring an attendee under the age of 18 with you, you must contact Digital Boost 7 working days before the event. This is to ensure we can provide the relevant health & safety forms from our venue to ensure the minor can safely attend the event with you.

2.3. Digital Boost reserves the right to reject the application to attend with a minor based on their assessment of the event and facilities of the venue

2.4. Failure to gain consent to attend with a minor will result in your access to the event being denied

3. Conduct and Safety

3.1. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who:

  • Exhibits disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
  • Appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of other attendees

4. Personal Property

4.1. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

4.2. Any items left at the venue will be handled according to the venue's lost property policy.

5. Photography and Recording

5.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and recorded for promotional purposes.

5.2. Commercial photography or recording is prohibited without prior written permission.

6. Cancellation and Changes

6.1. The organizers reserve the right to:

  • Modify the event program
  • Change the venue or date
  • Cancel the event due to circumstances beyond their control

7. Liability

7.1. Attendance at the event is at the ticket holder's own risk.

7.2. The organizers accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur, except where caused by gross negligence.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Personal information collected during registration will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8.2. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for event management purposes.
